Admission Eligibility & Fee Policy

⚠️ STRICT ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: The free program is exclusively for verified orphans and families below the poverty line.
Mandatory income proof must be submitted before admission confirmation.

1. Who is Eligible for the Free Program?

DarulRayyan Quran Academy offers a 100% free education program exclusively for:

  • Orphans: Children who have lost one or both parents. Verified documentation (guardianship/legal papers) is required.
  • Poor / Underprivileged Families: Families whose monthly household income falls below the government-defined poverty threshold (currently PKR 30,000/month or equivalent).

Note: This free program is a noble initiative to support the most vulnerable. It is not available to middle-class or upper-class families under any circumstances.

2. Mandatory Income Proof

To ensure fairness and transparency, every applicant claiming eligibility for the free program must submit valid income proof before the admission is confirmed.

  • Accepted Documents: Salary slips (last 3 months), BISP (Benazir Income Support Program) card, government-issued poverty certificate, or a formal income affidavit.
  • Verification: All documents will be strictly verified by our admission committee. Fraudulent claims will lead to immediate disqualification.
  • Data Privacy: All income documents are collected solely for eligibility verification. They are stored securely and never shared with third parties (see Section 5).

No admission will be processed without valid income proof.

3. Fixed Criteria for Poor & Orphans

We follow a strict, transparent, and fixed set of criteria to categorize students for the free program:

Orphan Criteria

Child must have a verified orphan status. A death certificate of the deceased parent(s) and a legal guardian's attestation are required.

Free Program

Poor / Low Income

Total monthly household income must be less than PKR 30,000 (or equivalent US$). This is strictly verified via official documents.

4. Fee Structure for Non-Eligible (Middle & Upper Class)

Families who do not meet the above-mentioned criteria (i.e., middle-class and upper-class) will not be eligible for the free program. They will be charged reasonable tuition fees.

  • Middle Class: Nominal fee structure will be applied, designed to be affordable while ensuring quality education.
  • Upper Class: Standard fee structure applies as per the academy's policy.
  • Announcement: The exact fee slabs for both categories will be announced very soon on our official Instagram page (@DarulRayyanOfficial).

Important: If a family applies for free admission but is found to be ineligible after document verification, they will automatically be moved to the fee-paying category. No exceptions will be made.

5. Privacy of Submitted Documents

We take your privacy seriously. All income proofs and personal documents submitted for eligibility verification are handled with the strictest confidentiality.

  • Secure Storage: Documents are stored in secure, access-controlled databases.
  • Limited Use: Information is used only for admission eligibility verification.
  • No Sharing: We do not share your personal financial data with any third parties, partners, or external agencies.
  • Retention: Documents are retained only for the duration required by regulatory compliance and then destroyed securely.

6. Disclaimer & Changes

DarulRayyan Quran Academy reserves the right to amend or update this eligibility and fee policy at any time without prior notice. However, any changes will be communicated on our official website and social media channels.
