Active students: data kept for the duration of enrollment + 1 year for academic records.
Inactive students: data anonymized or deleted after 3 years of no contact.
Class recordings are automatically deleted after 60 days unless required for legal purposes.

We may share your data only in these limited scenarios:

With your explicit consent (e.g., for joint programs with other Islamic institutions).
With trusted service providers (payment gateways, Zoom/Google Meet) who are bound by confidentiality agreements.

We are committed to protecting children’s data. For students under 13, all personal information is provided by a parent or legal guardian. Parents have full access to their child's records and may request deletion at any time. We do not knowingly collect data from children without parental consent.
