Terms & Conditions

Last updated: April 2025 | Governing all students, parents, and visitors of DarulRayyan Quran Academy.

1. Enrollment & Admission

By registering for any course (Qaidah, Tajweed, Hifz, Tafseer, or Islamic Studies), you agree to these terms. Enrollment is confirmed only after submission of the registration form and payment of the first month’s fee (or trial fee if applicable).

Students must be at least 5 years old; adults of all ages are welcome.
A free 3-day trial is available for new students.
After the trial, continued enrollment requires fee payment before the start of each month.

2. Fees & Payment Policy

All fees are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or equivalent USD for international students. Monthly packages and flexible plans are available.

Payment methods: Bank transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or credit card (via secure link).
Fees are due by the 5th of each calendar month. Late payments incur a PKR 500 late fee.
If payment is not received within 15 days, the student’s classes will be suspended until clearance.

      📌 Refund Policy: Fees once paid are non-refundable. However, if a student wishes to discontinue before the month ends, credit for remaining classes may be transferred to a sibling or future month (within 60 days).
    

3. Class Conduct & Attendance

Students must log in on time using the provided Zoom/Google Meet link (or academy portal).
If a student misses a class without prior notice (at least 2 hours), the class is considered forfeited.
We require a stable internet connection and a device with camera (optional but recommended).
Respectful behavior towards teachers and classmates is mandatory. Any abuse, bullying, or inappropriate conduct will lead to immediate termination without refund.

4. Teacher Assignment & Changes

DarulRayyan assigns qualified male/female Quran teachers based on availability and student preference. If a student wishes to change the teacher, they may request after 4 weeks; the academy will try to accommodate based on schedule.

In case of teacher absence, we provide a substitute teacher or reschedule the class.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect personal information (name, contact, age) only for educational and communication purposes. We never share your data with third parties for marketing. Class recordings are kept for internal quality review and are deleted after 30 days.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, worksheets, and recordings are the property of DarulRayyan Quran Academy. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any academy content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

DarulRayyan Quran Academy shall not be liable for technical issues beyond our control (e.g., power outage, internet failure). In case of platform-wide downtime, classes will be rescheduled. We do not guarantee specific outcomes in Quran memorization or recitation; results depend on student effort.

8. Amendments to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Registered students will be notified via email or WhatsApp 7 days before any material change. Continued enrollment after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall first be attempted to resolve through friendly negotiation. If unresolved, the courts of Karachi have exclusive jurisdiction.
