We offer online Quran education including Noorani Qa'idah, Basic & Advanced Tajweed, Tafseer, and Hifz (30 Juzz) courses. Course content, schedules, and pricing may change; we will notify enrolled students of major updates.
3. Enrollment, Account & Eligibility
- You must provide accurate information when enrolling (name, email, phone).
- Accounts are for individual use only. You are responsible for activity on your account and must keep credentials secure.

4. Payments, Fees & Refunds
All course fees are listed on the course page. Payment methods and billing details are processed securely via our payment partner. Refund policies vary by course — please see the course-specific refund policy during checkout.
Refund example: If a course includes a free trial, full refunds are available within the trial period. After the trial or if the student has consumed more than a specified portion of lessons, partial or no refunds may apply.
5. Course Content & Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, lesson plans, and quizzes are the intellectual property of DarulRayyan Quran Academy or licensed partners. You may not copy, distribute, or re-publish course content without explicit written permission.
6. Student Conduct
Students must behave respectfully in live classes and community spaces. Harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior can lead to suspension or termination of access without refund.
7. Privacy & Data
Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using the Academy, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described there.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
We strive for high-quality instruction but make no guarantees about results (e.g., memorization speed or exam outcomes). To the fullest extent permitted by law, DarulRayyan Quran Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel paid subscriptions according to the cancellation terms shown at purchase.

We may update these Terms. When changes are material, we will notify users via email or on-site notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the competent courts of Pakistan unless otherwise agreed in writing.
